Ask about this course

The world’s most recognized entry-level freediving certification. Over two to three days you’ll build safe breath-hold habits, learn rescue skills, and dive to 16 m on a single breath. You can start from zero — AIDA1 content is included, no prior experience required.

How the course flows

  1. Day 1 · Theory & pool

How pressure, oxygen and the dive reflex work. Pool session: static breath-hold (2:00 target) and 40 m dynamic swims.

  2. Day 2 · Open water

Buoy setup, duck dives and line dives to 12 m. Buddying and rescue practice — the skills that make freediving safe.

  3. Day 3 · Open water & exam

Refining technique, dives to 16 m, and a relaxed written exam. Certification registered the same week.

Common questions

Can I start AIDA2 with zero experience?

Yes — AIDA2 is designed as a first course and includes all AIDA1 content. Most of our students have never freedived before day one.

What if I don’t reach the requirements?

You’ll be certified AIDA1 and can return to complete the remaining AIDA2 requirements in a single session, paying only the facility fee.

Is it 2 days or 3?

We schedule 3 days and finish in 2 when the sea and your equalization cooperate. Keep the third day free if you can.
